These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal contract between You and Vuereka LLC ("Us," "Our," or "We") and govern Your use of this website (vuereka.com), the services and related technologies We may provide through any of Our websites ("Services"), and all text, data, information, software, graphics, photographs, and other materials that We may make available to You (collectively, "Materials"). Unless otherwise stated, references to the "Service" include all of Our websites and Services.

Subscriptions
By registering for an account, You may become a "Subscriber" with access to certain features of the Service. Each Subscription and the rights provided are personal and non-transferable.
IMPORTANT: DEPENDING ON THE BILLING OPTION YOU CHOOSE, WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ON EACH MONTHLY OR YEARLY ANNIVERSARY UNLESS YOU CANCEL PRIOR TO THE RENEWAL DATE.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel Your Subscription at any time by contacting Us at contact@vuereka.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to Your next billing cycle to take effect for that billing period. Cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the next billing date will take effect on the subsequent billing cycle.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of Our digital services and the immediate access provided upon Subscription, all payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any Subscription fees, partial billing periods, or unused portions of Your Subscription. By subscribing to the Service, You acknowledge and agree that You will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Service, failure to use the Service, or early cancellation.
Payments
You agree to pay all applicable fees related to Your use of the Service. We may suspend or terminate Your account if Your payment is late or cannot be processed.
By providing a payment method, You authorize Us to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and other charges at regular intervals based on Your Subscription.
AI-Powered Features
VueReka provides AI-powered features as part of certain subscription plans, including but not limited to content generation, title suggestions, script writing, and other automated assistance tools. Use of AI features is subject to usage limits which may vary by subscription tier.
VueReka reserves the right to cap, limit, throttle, suspend, or restrict AI feature usage at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. While VueReka provides generous AI usage allowances, these allowances are not unlimited. We may modify usage limits, introduce new restrictions, or change the availability of AI features at Our sole discretion.
Reaching or exceeding AI usage limits does not entitle You to any refund, credit, pro-rata adjustment, or compensation of any kind. All payments remain final and non-refundable as stated in Our refund policy, regardless of whether You have reached any AI usage limits.
AI usage limitations do not alter any disclaimers regarding fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. AI features are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content for Your purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use.
Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY, AND NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You hereby waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative proceeding against VueReka, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates.
If any court or arbitrator determines that this class action waiver is void or unenforceable for any reason, or that arbitration can proceed on a class basis, then the arbitration provision set forth above shall be deemed null and void in its entirety, and the parties shall be deemed to have not agreed to arbitrate disputes.
Electronic Communications
By using the Service, You consent to receiving electronic communications from Us. These may include notices about fees, transactional information, and other information related to the Service.

Unless otherwise specified, all Materials on the Service are Our sole property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
User Content
We do not claim ownership rights in any content You provide ("User Content"). By making User Content available through the Service, You grant Us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute Your User Content in connection with operating the Service.
You represent and warrant that You own or have the necessary rights to Your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, HOWEVER ARISING.
Feedback
Any feedback You provide about the Service will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You assign all rights in such feedback to Us, and We may use it without compensation to You.
Arbitration
At either party's election, disputes arising from these Terms may be resolved by binding arbitration conducted before JAMS in Seattle, Washington. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in court to avoid immediate and irreparable harm.
General Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be heard in the courts located in King County, Washington.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive Our right to do so. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and Us.
